There are different Instagram Message Actions in the Inbox segregated by message type. You can find all the Instagram message types on the left message stream. These are listed below:

An Instagram Direct message looks like this:

Hover over any comments on the Instagram direct message on the right pane. You will view two Instagram message actions:

Like: You can like the comment on the direct message if you want to. The like action is in the form of a heart shape.

Direct Message: You can reply to the comment in the reply box as a direct message

The list of other Sprinklr actions are:

• Collaborate - You can collaborate on the direct message with other team members by dropping a note in the third pane.

• Tags: You can tag a keyword on the direct message.

• Mark as Spam: You can mark the direct message as Spam if you find the message content obscene and foul.

• View Details: You can view the details of the direct message in the third pane such as message properties, notes, tasks, etc.

• Quick Actions: You can take quick actions on the DM at once such as adding a note or changing the priority of the DM in message properties.

• Add Tasks: You can add tasks to the DM if you want to.

An Instagram Comment looks like this:

Some of the Instagram comment actions are:

Hide: You can hide the comment if you want to.

Reply: You can reply to the comment of the post in the reply box.

Delete: You can delete the comment if you want to.
