Q. Who is an agent on the Sprinklr Service platform?


Agents are members of your organization who assist you in providing Customer Care Services. They handle the different dimensions of your customer care and are the primary point of contact for all customers.

Q. How do I add an agent in Sprinklr Service?


To add an agent, follow the given steps:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Manage > Agents.

  2. Click Create Agent in the top right corner of the Agent window.

  3. Provide your agent's name and email address on the Create Agent window.

  4. Under the Role drop-down menu, select a role from the following to entrust agents with different permissions to edit and view modules:

    • Agent

    • Admin

    • Supervisor

  5. Click Create Agent in the bottom right corner.

Q. How can I change an Agent's Name?


To change an agent’s name, follow the given steps:

  1. Navigate to the Agent Window.

  2. Hover over the Options icon alongside the agent you want to change the name for and click Edit.

  3. On the Edit Agent window, change the name per your desire. Click Update.

Q. How can agents set up their signature in Sprinklr Service?


Follow the given steps to set up Agent Signature:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Profile Settings.

  2. Click Add Signature on the Profile Details window.

  3. Add your signature to the Signature Field. It will automatically be added to all the tickets you send replies to.
