Sprinklr Advanced can publish Facebook Carousel Posts that contain multiple images and links to direct traffic to specific areas of a website. It also offers various post types to choose from.

To Publish a Facebook Carousel Post

1. Add the desired Facebook account(s) and click on 'Customize by Platform' to customize the Message Type.

   
   

   
   
   

2. Select the Type of Message as Carousel.

   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Provide the desired content which you want to post on Facebook.

   
   

   

   
   
   

4. Now upload an image for the Carousel post from the Assets folder, and provide an appealing Title and Description to lure the audience.

   
   

   
   
   

   
   

5. Next, provide an alternate URL to the post in the See More Url section.

   
   

   

   
   
   

6. Switch between Mobile & Desktop Previews from bottom right under Platform Preview. Provide the desired details and click Publish Now at the bottom and the Carousel post will be posted on Facebook.
