Follow the steps below to Publish a Facebook Live Video:

1. Add the desired Facebook account(s) in the Accounts field and click on Customise by Platform

   
   

   

2. Choose the Type of Message as Live Video.

   
   

   

3. Provide an appealing Video Title(Use to track posts inside Sprinklr).

   
   

   

4. Now, write engaging content for the post.

   
   

   

5. You can view the Stream Key and Stream URL that is provided by default. Copy and paste the Stream Key and URL in your streaming software. Sprinklr does not support streaming live video directly from here. 

   
   

   

5. Switch between Mobile & Desktop Previews from bottom right under Platform Preview. Provide the desired details and Click Publish Now. The Live video will be posted on Facebook.
