Publish a Facebook Reel

Brands can publish a Facebook Reel along with the content to grow the website traffic and engage with the targeted audience widely. The Facebook reel plays a vital role in retaining users on the post for a longer time thereby maximising website retention percentage on any channel.


  1. Add the desired Facebook account(s) and click on Customise by Platform to customise the Message Type.


  2. Choose the Type of Message as Reel.


  3. Now, write engaging content for the post. You can click on Media and Upload Video from there.


  4. Switch between Mobile & Desktop Previews from bottom right under Platform Preview. Provide the desired details and click Publish Now at the bottom and the Carousel post will be posted on Facebook.

"First Comment" on Facebook: Video Posts and Reels 

Sprinklr has the capability to add First comment on Facebook video posts and Reel ensuring that the content is prioritized and displayed prominently in users' feeds, potentially increasing user visibility and engagement. It will also serve as a call-to-action or a prompt, encouraging users to engage with the content by liking, commenting, or sharing. Besides that, it will reinforce your brand messaging, share relevant hashtags, or include links, contributing to a more cohesive and branded social media presence. 

  1. Click on the Publisher icon from the left pane of Sprinklr Advanced. Choose your Facebook account, type of message as Post, provide the desired content and attach the desired video post.

  2. In the case of Facebook video post, you can select the type of message as Post, and upload an video from the media. Now, you can add a First comment at the bottom. It will encourage the targeted audience to collaborate on the post and share their comments, persuading buyers to go for the purchase. You can insert an image as well to engage with the customers.

  3. In the case of Facebook Reel, you can select the type of message as Reel, and upload a Facebook video from the media. Now, you can add a First comment at the bottom. It will motivate the potential customers to check out the product and go for the purchase. You can insert an image as well to engage with the customers. 

 

Custom Thumbnail feature for Facebook Reels 

Now you can add a custom thumbnail for Facebook Reels by uploading an external media - image or video from the Asset Library. Click Save option at the end to save the custom thumbnail.
