Settings
Posting videos to Twitter is supported by the Sprinklr platform and you can also upload images in jpeg, jpg, gif, and png.
Cannot pull in protected tweets if the Twitter User has their profile settings to private.
Cannot track the Favorites of the Client's outbound content.
Cannot view who has unfollowed brand accounts.

Character Limits for publishing to Twitter
By default, the user tweet can be 280 characters.

Twitter API Rate Limits
Direct messages (daily): The limit is 1,000 messages sent per day.
Tweets: 2,400 per day. The daily update limit is further broken down into smaller limits for semi-hourly intervals. Retweets are counted as Tweets.
