You can hide or unhide Twitter replies in Sprinklr. Just like the feature in the native Twitter experience, replies will be hidden from the main conversation. This would improve the quality of the public conversations feed and will help in achieving reply moderation on social media.

Follow these steps to Hide and Unhide your Twitter replies.

1. Open Inbox in Sprinklr Where you can find your Twitter tweets

2. Now to Hide your Replies click on either 'Eye' icon on the message card or in the detailed view you can hover over the reply and there you can find three dots, after clicking on it you can find Hide option.

3. Now your reply has been successfully hidden. You can see the 'Eye' option changed into blue colour which indicates your reply has been hidden.

4. Now to Unhide your replies you can follow the same steps on how to Hide the replies.
