With support for publishing Quote Tweets, you can share Tweets from users alongside your comments. This capability allows brands to add their voice to the conversation while putting the spotlight on great user content.

To Publish Quote tweets follow these steps:

1. Go to the Inbox module in Sprinklr and select a tweet.

2. Now you can hover over your tweet, your fans replies to them, retweets of your tweet and your replies. You can find Three dots and upon clicking on it you can find 'Quote Tweet' option.

3. Once you click on 'Quote Tweet' you will be redirected to the Omni Channel Publisher, There you can draft your tweet and once done, you can click on 'Publish Now' option to Quote the Tweet.
