Twitter Message Actions in Inbox

There are 4 types of messages in Inbox. Let's explain each of the Twitter message actions.
Post: Any new post created by the brand along with the image or video.
Twitter message actions on Post
Like: You can like comment on the Twitter post.
Reply: You can reply to the Twitter post in the reply box.
Sprinklr actions
Collaboration: You can collaborate on the post by dropping a note in the third pane.
Tags: You can tag the keyword relevant to the post.
Mark as Spam: You can mark the post as Spam if you find the content derogatory or foul.
View Details: You can view the details of the Twitter post in the third pane such as message properties, notes, tasks, etc.
Quick Actions: You can take quick actions at once such as adding a note which will be added automatically.
View in Native: You can view the post on the native page.
Comment: These are responses to your Brand's published Posts.
Sprinklr allows you to take the below actions on Comments:

Like: You can like comment on the Twitter post.
Reply: You can reply to the comment in the reply box.

Add Task: You can add a task relevant to the comment.
Direct Message: These are direct messages to your Brand posts/comments/replies.

Reply: You can reply to the direct message in the reply box.

Collaboration: You can collaborate on the DM by dropping a note.
Tags: You can tag a relevant keyword on the DM.
Mark as Spam: You can mark the DM as spam if you find the content foul or derogatory.
View Details: You can view the details of the DM in the third pane such as message properties, notes, tasks, etc.
Quick Actions: You can take quick actions on DM such as adding a note.
Add Tasks: You can add tasks on the DM if you want to.
Mention: When you tag any brand or user to notify them about any new post created or about anything on your Twitter feed.

Reply: You can reply to the mention post by tagging a user/brand.
